Terms: 2010 / 2011 Rental Terms & Conditions – Cancellation Policy

• 2010 / 2011 Season: 50% of payment is due upon confirmation of your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If funds are not received according to schedule, reservation is subject to cancellation. Cancellation made 60 days prior to arrival forfeits 50 % of deposit. Cancellation made 30 Days Prior to arrival forfeits full payment. Any changes made within 30 days of arrival are subject to the cancellation policy. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencies of any kind.No pets allowed. Check in time 4.00 PM, Check out 11.00 AM.

• In case of natural disaster or Act of God beyond of our control, we will try to find comparable accommodation for you or will give a full credit for future reservation if the reservation needs to be canceled due to these circumstances. Any cancellationwill be subject to the cost of credit card fee and processing fee. Rates reflect the cost of the vacation rental condominium. In addition, there is a standard 12% sales tax to be added to the total price of your reservation. You may occupy up to the maximum occupancy listed, based on the available beds in the condo. Additional portable beds are available upon request with 14 day advanced notice. The additional cost is $35.00 per day/per person.
